These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase from VBS Distribution. By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. We ship to addresses in the United States only.

Products and health information

Product descriptions are provided for information and are based on the manufacturer’s details. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for medical advice. Talk to a healthcare professional before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, take medication, or have a medical condition. Use topical products externally only and follow the directions on the package.

Prices, shipping and payment

  • All prices are in US dollars.
  • Shipping is by USPS Ground Advantage at a flat $9.99 per order, and free for orders of $200.00 or more before shipping. The shipping amount is shown in your cart and on the payment page before you pay.
  • Any applicable taxes are shown before you pay. The total you see on the payment page is the total you are charged.
  • Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Orders and availability

Your order is accepted when payment succeeds and the order is recorded. The confirmation email is a courtesy and may be delayed or fail; it does not affect whether your order is accepted. Stock is limited. If an item turns out to be unavailable or was listed at a wrong price, we may cancel that part of the order and refund you in full.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on USPS. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier’s address of record. Please check your shipping address before paying.

The VBSTV name, logo, broadcasts, text and images on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or re-transmitted without permission.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, the site and products are provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you order applies to that order.
